First, when you arrive to our chiropractic office in Westerville, we’ll ask you to fill out our new patient intake forms. This paperwork provides us basic information about you, as well as your medical history and a description of your condition. You can fill these forms out ahead of time by going here.
Next, you’ll have consult with Dr. Jeffrey Hudson to chat about your health-related problems and concerns, as well as potential treatment options. This initial visit is designed for Dr. Jeffrey Hudson to understand exactly where you are with your health and provide a roadmap to get you feeling your absolute best.
After your initial discussion, Dr. Jeffrey Hudson will perform a complete chiropractic exam which includes a set of spinal x-rays. This is to get hands-on and see exactly what is going on with your body currently. Nothing will be done without full explanation and your consent.
After the exam is completed and analyzed, Dr. Jeffrey Hudson will give you a “report of all findings” that details everything discovered during the exam. After reviewing your health history, goals, and examining your spine and X-rays, Dr. Jeffrey Hudson will discuss recommendations for your treatment in order to help get you to optimal health. We can begin treatment the same day!
At the end of your first appointment, you can choose to experience your first chiropractic adjustment. Before your first adjustment, we will take you through some passive and active spinal exercises to prepare you for your best adjustment. Treatment is interactive, so you can express concerns about the different styles of treatment anytime.
After your first treatment, our team will determine if ongoing wellness and care will make sense for your health. These plans are designed to help maintain optimal health for your spine and your body.
