Did you know that your spine is made up of 24 bones called vertebrae which are connected together by 137 different bridging joints? If your spine is injured and heals incorrectly the integrity of movement that those joints once enjoyed can be lost, leading to recurring back pain. Here is a tip! To help avoid spine injuries adopt a full stretching routine that you can maintain daily. After a work injury, auto accident, sports injury or if you are having recurring back pain, call us to have your spine professionally evaluated to see if it is healing properly. |
